How do the packs work?
Tear the pouch open at the notch above the zip, spoon out what you need, then press the zip closed. Store it somewhere cool and dry. A 20g try-out sachet tears open at the notch and seasons four dinners for two at the 5g dose.
Do I need anything else?
No. Every blend comes in a resealable pack you can use straight away.
Can I mix and match blends?
Yes. Pick any blends as you go, in pouches or try-out sachets. Sachets are any 5 sachets for £9.95 (the 5-spice sachet box) and any 7 for £13.95 (the 7-sachet weekly pack), blends mixed. Your basket puts your sachets into the best-value box and pack (one of each per order) and charges any left over at their usual price. Spend £14.95 and a pair of sachets outside a box or pack is buy one, get one free (one pair per order). Spend £24.95 on full-price items for free UK delivery. Do your seasonings contain allergens?
None of our current blends contains any of the UK's 14 regulated allergens as an ingredient. Full details for every blend are on our Allergens & ingredients page and on each product page. Always check the label on your pack before use, and email us before ordering if you have a severe allergy.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and islands. We don't currently deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses. We don't deliver outside the UK yet.
How much is delivery?
Every order is tracked, and the charge depends on the parcel's weight: UK 48-hour delivery starts at £2.99, and 24-hour at £3.99. UK 48-hour delivery is free once your full-price items reach £24.95; sachets in a sachet box or pack don't count. The minimum order is £7.50. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay. The same prices apply everywhere in the UK.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us. If your first order doesn't make your dinner better, email contact@larderfy.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full, including delivery, and you keep the packs. It's once per customer; the details are in our Terms.
What is your returns policy?
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the order. If it arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start the day after the last parcel arrives. Send back packs that are still sealed and undamaged. You pay the return postage when you change your mind. Opened packs are not accepted for a change of mind. If a pack is faulty or off, had expired, or was damaged or leaked on the way to you, email us and we will put it right. Your legal rights are not affected. Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@larderfy.com as soon as you can, including within 24 hours of paying. If the goods have not been handed to the carrier, we will cancel the order, refund what you paid, and we will not send them. After dispatch, you can still cancel within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the order, and return sealed undamaged packs. See Delivery & returns.
Are your blends suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Yes. All current blends are made with plant-based ingredients.
How much is in a pack?
Each blend comes in an 80g resealable pouch. It seasons sixteen dinners for two at 5g each. Where a blend is also sold as a 20g try-out sachet, one sachet seasons four dinners for two. The net weight is shown on each product page and on the label.
