A table of home-cooked dishes — chips, wings, roast potatoes, steak, grilled corn and jerk-style chicken — seasoned with Pinchwell blends

Big flavour for the meals you actually cook.

Freshly ground seasoning blends for chips, roasts, steak nights and weeknight chicken.

How we blend

Traditional seasonings, done right.

  • Made for the meal

Each blend is written for a way of cooking — chips, a roast, steak night, weeknight chicken — then tasted on that food. It goes on sale only when it earns its place.

  • Freshly ground

Spices and herbs are ground for the batch, so the colour and aroma are still in the pack when you open it.

  • Five layers of flavour

Salt to season, garlic and onion for body, a character spice, a bright note, and a savoury depth. One blend does the work of five.

  • No fillers

No flavourings and nothing added to bulk the pack out. The ingredient list on the label is what is in it.

The ingredients

Freshly ground spices.Nothing added.

Every Larderfy blend starts with properly dried spices and herbs — chilli with heat that develops, smoked paprika with genuine depth, herbs that haven’t spent months losing their oils in a warehouse.

  • Freshly ground

We buy spices that still smell of themselves — oils intact, colour true, heat that builds rather than flashes and fades.

  • Same recipe, every run

Every batch is blended to the same recipe in small runs, so the flavour stays consistent from pack to pack.

  • Tasted on the dish

Every recipe is cooked with and adjusted on the food it’s made for, and only goes on sale when it earns its place.

What we never use

  • No maltodextrin
  • No flavourings or extracts
  • No artificial colours
  • No fillers

Inside every blend

The building blocks of every blend

These are the ingredients we reach for again and again — chosen for character, not convenience. Full ingredient lists sit on each product page.

  • Smoked paprika

Proper smoke and sweetness — the backbone of chip-shop colour and roast depth.

  • Chilli & scotch bonnet

Heat that builds as it cooks, not a flat blast that burns out.

  • Black pepper

Freshly ground, so it builds a proper peppery crust in the pan.

  • Garlic & onion

Dried properly so they season without turning bitter or pasty.

  • Rosemary & thyme

Herbs with oils still in them — piney, lemony, and clean on roast potatoes.

  • Lemon peel & sumac

Bright, tangy notes that stay vivid in a dry blend where fresh citrus would fade.

Why Larderfy?

Each blend is written for a way of cooking, then tasted on that food. It goes on sale only when it earns its place.

Real spices, freshly ground

No extracts, no flavourings, no fillers. The flavour comes from real dried spices, herbs, fruit and vegetables, ground fresh for each batch and chosen for how they taste rather than how long they sit on a shelf.

Same recipe, every run

Every batch is blended to the same recipe, so the flavour stays consistent from pack to pack. Each blend is tasted on the food it is made for before it goes on sale.

Built for the dish

Every blend is tested on the food it is made for — chips, roasts, steaks and chicken. If it does not lift the dish, the recipe goes back for another round. The test is always the food on the plate.

At the hob

Tear. Season. Cook.

Open the blend when the pan is hot. Season with a clear dose for what is in front of you, cook through, and leave the rest sealed for the next meal — flavour that belongs in the dish, not waiting on the shelf.

Open when you cook

Tear at the notch, take what the dish needs, then close the zip. The resealable pack does the job of a jar — no glass to fill, no lid to replace, and it keeps the blend fresh between uses.

Season by weight

Every blend carries a clear dose: grams for 250g, 500g, or 1kg of meat or vegetables. Enough to build flavour through the cook — not a vague shake.

Season twice

Season early so the flavour runs through the dish, then add a light pinch at the end to lift it again. Every product page has a weight guide for the portion you are cooking.
