Per weight of meat or vegetables. Weigh the seasoning once: teaspoons are a rough check only.
- For 300g meat/veg
- Use 8g (approx. 1 tablespoon)
- For 500g meat/veg
- Use 12g
- For 1kg meat/veg
- Use 22–25g
Mix the blend into mince with a little grated onion and fresh coriander. Shape around skewers or into patties, then grill, barbecue or pan-fry until cooked through.
Chill the mixed mince for 30 minutes so it holds on the skewer.
