Per weight of meat or vegetables. Weigh the seasoning once: teaspoons are a rough check only.
- For 300g meat/veg
- Use 10g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon)
- For 500g meat/veg
- Use 15g
- For 1kg meat/veg
- Use 28–30g
Brown the mince with a chopped onion, stir in the blend and cook for a minute, then add chopped tomatoes or stock and simmer until rich and thick. Salt to taste at the end: this blend has no added salt.
A square of dark chocolate stirred in at the end makes it richer.
