Batch guide
Per weight of meat or vegetables. Weigh the seasoning once: teaspoons are a rough check only.
- For 300g meat/veg
- Use 10g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon)
- For 500g meat/veg
- Use 15g
- For 1kg meat/veg
- Use 28–30g
Fry a chopped onion in a little oil, stir in the blend and cook for a minute, then add tomatoes and stock and simmer until thick. Blend smooth if you like. Salt to taste at the end: this blend has no added salt.
Simmer with tomato and stock until thick, then pour over filled tortillas and bake.
