Season by weight for the portion you are cooking.
Batch guide
Per weight of meat or vegetables. Weigh the seasoning once: teaspoons are a rough check only.
- For 300g meat/veg
- Use 10g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon)
- For 500g meat/veg
- Use 15g
- For 1kg meat/veg
- Use 28–30g
Mix the blend with a splash of water to a syrupy glaze. Brush over chicken, salmon, beef or tofu in the last few minutes of cooking, or toss through a stir-fry.
Mix with a splash of water and a spoon of honey and brush on in the last few minutes of cooking.
