Batch guide
Per weight of meat or vegetables. Weigh the seasoning once: teaspoons are a rough check only.
- For 300g meat/veg
- Use 10g (approx. 1 heaped tablespoon)
- For 500g meat/veg
- Use 15g
- For 1kg meat/veg
- Use 28–30g
Mix the blend with a splash of water. Stir-fry the noodles with prawns, chicken or tofu and an egg, then pour in the mixture and toss until the noodles are coated and glossy. Salt to taste at the end: this blend has no added salt.
Finish with beansprouts, crushed peanuts and a wedge of lime.
